not the stay we hoped for

We were super bummed when the AC in our room broke on the 3rd night. Had to argue with the front desk for ages to get a solution, and they only found us a new room after two hours of hassle. The new room was nasty and smelled awful. On a brighter note, enjoyed the yummy food at the restaurant.

Waking up to breathtaking views of the St John's River made our trip unforgettable. The staff was attentive, and the breakfast was hot and satisfying, just what we needed!

However, getting into the hotel was a challenge with the heavy traffic on the main highway. It would be great if there was a traffic light for better access.

My best decision yet!

From the friendly staff to the spacious rooms, this stay was all about comfort. The river view was breathtaking, making every moment worthwhile. Having a separate living area was perfect for my little ones to unwind. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and the warm atmosphere truly made me feel at home!

Our group had a decent stay, enjoying the beautiful riverside views. The breakfast, especially the pancake machine, was a fun highlight. However, some noise from nearby guests disrupted our night. Advise requesting a room further from the dock for a quieter experience.

i really enjoyed my stay at the quality inn. the room was comfy and the view of the st john's river was amazing. i appreciated the convenience of cloth washers and dryers, especially since it was a rainy day. the breakfast was pretty good, and the front desk staff were super friendly and helpful.
